2024 ANNUAL FEES

Please note 2024 Annual Fee invoices are billed by January 15, 2024, and emailed directly to the billing contact from the OARS system. We recommend you also log in to your OARS dashboard to view/pay your current invoices. The login is the same email and password used to register for the PAORS legacy system/OARS system. 

How to Log in to the OARS System
Online Review System URL: https://accreditation.nursingworld.org/

Once logged in to the OARS system:

• Select the Invoice History Tab in OARS to view any open invoice.
• Click on the ‘eye’ icon under the Action tab to view and make payment.
• Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

If you need to reset your password, you can click forgot password on the login page. If you do not have a login, please email accreditation@ana.org.

Accredited Approvers

• Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

2023 ANNUAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

ANCC NCPD accredited organizations are required to submit an annual report to ANCC each calendar year. All organizations must submit their activity data using the calendar year for Annual Reporting. (Date range: 1/1/20xx to 12/31/20xx).

** Failure to submit the annual report requirements by April 1 will result in additional fees and suspension/revocation of your accreditation. **

Failure to Submit the Annual Report on Time

• Accredited organizations that have not submitted their annual report by April 1 will not be considered to be an organization in good standing. Only accredited organizations in good standing will be listed in the ANCC Directory of Accredited Organizations.
• Organizations that do not submit their annual report, nor have made arrangements to submit their annual report by the April 1 due date, will have their accredited status suspended.
• Organizations with an accredited status suspended for failure to submit an annual report may apply for reinstatement. Requests for reinstatement must be accompanied by the annual report AND reinstatement fee of $1500.
• Suspended organizations that do not reinstate within 120 days will be revoked.

NARS Update in Progress: What You Can Do 

ANCC is updating the Nursing Activity Reporting System (NARS). The new system, which will launch in May 2024, will improve usability with more modern technology and a current look and feel. 

• You may proceed with your 2023 year-end reporting. The deadline for reporting on your 2023 activities is April 1, 2024. 
• Please do not enter 2024 activities until further notice.
• Any 2024 activities already in the current system will need to be reentered when the new system launches.
• Please plan to enter your 2024 activities when the new version launches in the Spring.
• More detailed guidance will be provided in the coming weeks.
